All About Learning's Board of Directors is a network of professional individuals from various walks of life. Each member brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from their given career fields and offers their own personal commitment to public education. Each Board member, thorugh their on-going and meaningful participation in board relations, is an active contributor to the overall success of our organization.

Anna Taylor-Carter is President & CEO of All About Learning. She has a M.A. Degree in Organizational Development, B.S. Degree in Management and B.A. Degree in Communication. Anna has sucessfully developed and run several after school and tutoring geared toward academic enrichment and student learning. She is a sought-after trainer and organizational development strategist with over 20 years experience in executive leadership in education, government, non-profit, banking, media & social services sectors.

Mr. Franklin Carter is Chief Financial Officer of All About Learning. He is a licensed, bonded school treasurer with vast experience in financial management and accounting. Mr. Carter is a former small business owner and served as an adjunct instructor for Small Business Management courses. He holds a MBA degree in Business and Finance and a BA degree in Finance.

Mr. Clay Shannon is Board Chairman. He has over 25 years of experience as a small business and personal income tax preparer.

Ms. Anita Atwood is Board Secretary. She has a Degree in Business Adminisration and several years of experience in the HR recruitment and staffing field.

Ms. Inisher Collins is Board Treasurer. She has a MA Degree and BS Degree in Education. She is also a former adult probation officer with over 20 years experience in the criminal justice field.

Mr. James Harper, Board Member, has a B.A. Degree in English and is a former newspaper reporter and planner reseacher in the non-profit sector.

Ms. Monica Lynch, Board Member, is a small business owner in the personal services industry. She has over a decade of expereince as a healthcare caseworker, and several years of experience working in the assisted living and home health care field.

Ms. Emma Mathews, Board Member, is a social services caseworker and job assistance officer with nearly 30 years experience in the health, education and welfare field.
