Meet Our Executive Staff and Board of Trustees...
Anna Taylor-Carter is Executive Director of All About Learning. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Development, Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and Journalism. She has held several executive-level and CEO positions in the private, non-profit, educational, governmental and social services sectors, and is the recipient of numerous honors and awards for her work in youth services and education. Anna has served on various community boards and is a sought-after speaker, trainer and organiational capacity-building consultant.
Mr. Franklin M. Carter is Director of Finance/CFO. Franklin holds a MBA Degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He has over twenty years of experience working in private business and non-profit financial management, as well as several years of experience in public school accounting using various forms of State approved accounting software and accounting systems.
Cynthia Holloway is Office Manager. Cynthia is an astute and highly skilled offfice administrator with strong interpersonal and clerical skills. Cynthia has over fifteen years of front-office/administrative support services experience, including STRS/SERS reporting and school compliance data entry processing.
Ms. Inisher Collins is Director of Supplemental Education and Auxillary Services. She has a M.A. Degree in Education and Bachelor Degree in Psychology. Inisher has run several after school tutoring programs geared toward academic and social enrichment activities aimed at improving student classroom and life-long learning experiences. She is a skilled testing coordinator and has facilitated various ODE required assessments, i.e. KRA-L, OAT and OGT testing processes and protocols for Ohio charter schools. She is also a skilled professional development trainer, communicator and student discipline facilitator.
Mr. Charles Cook is President of our Board of Trustees. Mr. Cook brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as leader of the board. He is well versed in strategic planning and vision-casting. He is a natural leader who understands non-profit organizational structure and performance standards. He has served on numerous non-profit boards and is an active participant in numerous community and educational affairs.
Mr. Clay Shannon is Vice-President of our Board of Trustees. He has over 35 years of experience working in the non-profit and financial services sectors. He is a small business owner and active community leader. Mr. Shannon has served as chair on numerous community and civil rights and human relations boards.
Ms. Emma Mathews, is our Board Parliamentarian. She is a retired social services caseworker and job assistance officer with nearly 30 years experience in the healthcare, education and welfare field.
Ms. Anita Atwood is Board Secretary. She has a Degree in Business Adminisration and several years of experience in the HR recruitment and staffing field. She is a highly competent transcriber, and possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Ms. Monica Lynch is our Board Treasurer. She has several years of experience as a small business owner and is highly competent in the areas of non-profit finance and operations.
Mr. James Harper, Board Member, has a B.A. Degree in English and is a former newspaper reporter and Planner/Reseacher in the non-profit sector.
