Here's How We Can Serve Your School...
All About Learning offers several contract services designed to assist schools in building their organizational capacity and meet ODE compliance standards. These services help schools to both identify and gain access to appropriate funding sources that enable the school to successfully carry out overall school operations.

Our Contract Services include, but are not limited to, the following selections:

1. School Treasurer & Financial Management Services: Our licensed school treasurers can assist your school in meeting all of its fiscal compliance requirements and financial management goals, including: timely and efficient oversight of all school funds, accounts receivables and accounts payables, proper and efficient maintenance of all finacial records, preparation of financial reports for board meetings and audit compliance. We also ensure all requisite reporting to the Ohio Department of Education, School Sponsors, Auditor of State and all other appropriate governmental entities. Services also include capital planning and outlay for land and building acquisition and the investment of funds as set forth by the Ohio Revised Code.

2. Comprehensive Continuous Improvement Plan (CCIP): Preparation of CCIP Application and Monitoring CCIP Activities

3. Human Resources Support: Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, i.e., developing and implementing employee recruitment, selection and BCI checks, workforce succession planning and the development & implementation of employee incentives

4. Grant Writing and Proposal Preparation: Providing a full range of professional RFP preparation, proposal review and analysis; proposal planning and design assistance; writing & editing; critique and overall management and oversight of the RFP process from start to finish

5. Preparation & Filing of 501(c)(3): Prepare and Submit all pertinent documentaion for filing IRS Form 1023, including financial statements with relevant schedules

6. Supplemental Educational Services (SES) and Academic Coaching: Provide teacher-directed (after school, during school, home school and Saturday School) academic tutoring services to students in grades K-12 for Reading and Math.

7. Special Education: Provide intervention strategies, review of IEP's and student records for compliance with Ohio Revised Code and ODE regulations, and coordinate and facilitate IEP and IAT meetings with students parents and/or teachers

A Word About Our Academic Coaching Program...
When students are having a hard time "catching-on" or "keeping-up" ...we're here to help them. Our SES program, or what we like to refer to as our "Academic Coaching" program, effectively aligns our tutoring services with state curriculum standards. Our instructional approach (diagnostic prescriptive teaching) is based on teaching methods that endeavor to close the gaps in student learning, which often create the stumbling blocks that hinder their academic progress. In essence we teach to mastery while undergirding the important work which goes on in the day-to-day classroom.
